What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order. How long until I receive it?
I try to get all orders out within 24-48 hours. Some take longer because each piece is made by my hand. Once your shinie ships, I will supply a tracking number that you can follow. Shipping times vary but all orders ship from Tulsa, Oklahoma, so we're pretty equidistant to all coasts and borders for domestic orders.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
I offer a 100% money back guarantee, whether the piece arrives damaged or for some reason you aren't happy with it. Just send back within 10 days and I will issue a full refund. Include your name and order number on the returned package. You will be responsible for return shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect shipping address. Can I fix that?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Email the correct address to info@rhartcreations.com within 24 hours.
